The firm takes pride in providing the best acoustical consultancy services possible. The firm attempts, each time, to provide the client the option of using the latest products in the domestic market and sometimes those available in the international markets, if so desired. The company firmly believes that only a satisfied customer will return as a regular client and refer other prospective customers to the company. Therefore, each project is considered individually and provided undivided attention. In addition, the customer will be provided regular feedback from the firm regarding the status and progress of the projects undertaken.
The firm prefers to include at least one site visit in the acoustical consultancy budget. This is to allow proper analysis and study. Sometimes, there would be aspects of the architectural acoustics hidden in a typically two-dimensional drawing, which one would be unable to pick up the provided drawings. In addition, when the budget permits, additional visits will be made, above and beyond the number of visits stated in the contract, to ensure the customer get the best for the money spent. The firm also takes photographs of the sites visited to ensure any variation at site is reflected in the analysis, even when the revised drawings are provided.
The firm does not provide any guarantee or warranty. It normally does not carry professional indemnity (PI) liability insurances or error and omissions insurance. Nevertheless, client is assured that the advice provided will be most apt for the respective work.
If the client still required by company policies, to employ acoustical consultancy services with the PI insurance, then the client will be required to bear the complete financial and administrative expenses involved in the provision of PI insurance. In addition, the PI insurance will be effective only through the duration term specified in the contract. As with the typical PI insurances, they DO NOT COVER any guarantees or results based on the advisement from the firm. It only protects against bad practice or malpractice. Therefore, the client will be better served without PI insurance.
